Yard & Property Cleanup Services in Solano & Napa County
Weeds, dry grass, dead growth and old mulch are cut out and hauled away; the plants that stay are pruned, not pulled; the sprinklers underneath are found and checked. Then a care program keeps it from coming back.

What gets hauled, and what gets saved?
Dead and spent growth goes. Anything that took years to grow is pruned before anyone decides to pull it, and the written estimate lists both.
Tap a mark on the plan to see what happens to it.
Before
Ivy over the back fence. Dry grass and weeds gone to seed in the lawn. Branches down under the shade tree. Roses and a lemon tree lost in their own growth. Sprinkler heads and a valve box nobody has seen in a while.
Cleanup day
Gray is hauled: ivy, weeds, dry grass, branches, leaves and the old bark, bagged and taken off the property at the end of the job, not blown into the street. Blue is saved: the roses cut back, the lemon tree thinned, the shrubs cut hard, the bed edges found again. The sprinkler heads and the valve box are dug out, and each zone is run.
Program
The same crew comes back. Weeds come out young, before they flower and set seed. The beds get fresh mulch at the right depth. Bindweed and nutsedge push up through mulch from their roots, so they’re pulled whenever they show. The heads get walked on every visit.

The work after a cleanup has its own pages: maintenance plans, tree & shrub trimming, mulch installation and system diagnostic.
Why not just clear it all?
Because a mature shrub or fruit tree takes years to replace. Plants too far gone do come out, but only once they’re on the estimate you’ve agreed to. Kelvin Castaneda wrote that the yard “was on edge of being replaced” (Google review, 2024–25 (opens in a new tab)). Carlos replied:
Your yard was one of my favorites of all time we managed to bring back all the old landscaping back to life!
After the cleanup, the same crew.
Allison Wong and Aldo Rangel hired the crew for a cleanup and kept them on lawn care & maintenance, with the irrigation checked on the same visits. For Me Non, the cleanup came before listing the house.

Cleanup quotes, timing and fire season.
Quoted free, in writing, after Carlos walks it.
Three things shape the quote: how much is hauled, how much pruning the plants that stay need, and how long the yard has been left. The written quote lists what goes and what stays, before anything is scheduled.
Late winter into spring.
Weeds sprout with the winter rain and go to seed by late spring. A cleanup before they flower takes out this year’s growth and the seed it would have dropped.
Yes, it clears what inspectors check. It isn’t an inspection.
It takes out the dry grass and dead growth that fire inspectors look for near the house. In Napa County the fire agency decides whether a yard passes.
