Vacaville’s summers are long and hot, and the city asks for three watering days a week by ZIP code. We look after lawns, sprinkler and drip systems and landscape lighting here, with your sprinklers set to your ZIP code’s days.

What if a leak ran up the bill?
Fix it, then ask the city to look again.
A leak on your side of the meter is yours to repair. Repair the leak first, then send the city a Water Loss Adjustment Request.

Three days, a 6 pm start and short cycles an hour apart are a controller’s job. We set one up after checking the heads, valves and pressure behind it, fix any leak first, and build drip conversions to SCWA’s terms, after the notice arrives. Neighboring towns’ rules are in our guide, watering rules by city.
Swapping lawn for drip? Call before the sod comes up.
Vacaville runs hotter than its neighbors down I-80, and summer brings almost no rain, so a lawn here lives on its irrigation from June to September.
We set run times zone by zone, because the ground changes across town, and the smart controllers we install follow the weather through a heat wave without leaving the city’s watering days.

Who keeps a Vacaville yard right through the summer?
Carlos and his crew, the whole dry season.
A lawn care & maintenance plan covers the lawn, the beds and the irrigation under them, and the scope is written down first. Jennifer Murphy wrote that the crew …checked our sprinklers and found a broken one we didn't know about.
…quality yard maintenance at a fair price in Vacaville
…we strive to make each client feel comfortable and make it very easy to make any adjustments with services.

Down I-80, Fairfield runs cooler, with its own watering hours. The rest of the county is on the Solano County page.

July here is hot day after day, so a spring setting runs short. Check for a broken or blocked head first, then add time in short cycles on your watering days, inside 6 pm to 10 am, or let a weather-based controller make the change.
No.
California’s turf law covers government sites, commercial and institutional properties and HOA common areas. The City of Vacaville says plainly that it does not apply to residential properties. A home lawn stays; the job is watering it well.
A lawn that lasts the whole hot summer.
