New outdoor fixtures in Windsor have to meet the Town’s lighting code. Set a path light and see if it passes.

In Windsor, yes.
Windsor residential water customers get $30 off an 8- or 16-zone Rachio at purchase and a $100 credit on the water bill. Windsor also pays up to $500 for irrigation upgrades after a pre-approval inspection. Petaluma lists no cash controller rebate.
New fixtures, yes.
New fixtures, yes: warm LED, shielded, aimed down and off by 11 pm, except lights for an entrance, path or driveway. Whether it covers low-voltage uplights in trees is Windsor Planning’s call, so we ask before the design is drawn.
