What does a premium lawn care plan include?

The short answer

A mowing visit covers three things: mowing, edging and blowing clippings off the concrete. A premium plan keeps those and adds what the lawn depends on: every lawn zone run and checked, the controller kept to your water provider’s hours, seasonal work booked ahead, and the same crew each visit, so changes get noticed.

The plan side is how Eco Scapes runs its care program.

What does a care plan add, visit by visit?

Everything a mowing visit does, held to a standard, plus the parts of the yard a mow never touches: the sprinklers, the controller, any landscape lighting, and seasonal work booked months ahead. The same crew comes back each time, so a change since last visit gets noticed.

Mow-and-go is a typical mowing visit. The care program is how Eco Scapes runs it. Drag the divider, then tap any part of the yard.

Why check the sprinklers on a mowing visit?

Because the lawn is watered by a system nobody watches. Most sprinklers run overnight or at dawn, so a broken head can waste water for weeks before anyone sees it.

On a plan visit, each lawn zone runs while the crew is there in daylight. A head knocked sideways, sunk below the grass or spraying the walk gets flagged. A bigger fault goes to a full system diagnostic.

The controller stays inside your town’s hours (watering rules by city). Still on an old clock timer? See smart controller replacement.

What should a maintenance quote spell out?

Enough that two quotes can be compared line by line:

Tick each line your quote spells out.

If a quote only says mow, edge and blow, it’s a mowing quote.

Our plans are quoted free and in writing after we walk the lawn, the beds and the sprinklers. The quote depends on the size of the lawn, how often we come and what the yard needs. Lawn care plans are for Solano and Napa County homes.
